The whole experience was very nice. My room was spotless and brand-new, loved it. In general the staff were helpful and amicable. The location was favourable, relatively near a public park.

Everything was great, charming staff, awesome views to a room with a view. Our superior queen room was gorgeous and immaculate with exceptionally comfortable beds. The location was brilliant, and we could reach The Oculus by walking.

The hotel was extremely convenient and fairly clean with very good location and drinks. The room was perfect with sofa bed. The restaurant here was great, we both ordered excellent dishes.

Location close to the metro station and 9/11 memorial. It was also walking distance to the oculus. Good service from accommodating, pleasant staff members.

Great rooms and understanding staff, I liked simple location too. Excellent view, a comfortable balcony, cozy bed, too. Food was spicy with plenty of alternatives. All in all a divine hotel and memorable stay.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was average.

There where lots of restaurants to eat, like George's Restaurant that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Room was budget and staff responsive. Fairly large suite and fine bed. The restaurant was affordable, fresh food. The service here was fantastic too.

Bright room, big size bathroom, exceptionally nice staff. Delicious breakfast, efficient service. The location was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, just a pleasant stroll away from financial district. Got extra pillows when I needed.

The a la carte breakfast was the reason I will be back. Unique decor of the room. Late check-out too. Moreover, it had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. I visited the terrace bar and loved the soft drinks😃❤
